  • How to control the products quality and protect our payment?

    We have always placed great emphasis on quality control to ensure that quality level is maintained. Glad to tell you that we have joined the Trade Assurance on Alibaba to protect your payment to make sure that we deliver on time and manufacture quality products as required.  We offer a one-year warranty period. And provide strong after-sales service for life.

  • Can you make samples for us?  How many days for sample?

    The sample is necessary for bulk orders. We can produce samples to your specifications. We will charge sample costs for new customers which can be refunded after the order. Generally speaking, the sample time is 3- 7 working days.  But for some special samples, please confirm the date with us. By the way, our fabric swatch is free for all customers which almost includes all our regular fabrics.

  • Where is Deeda? Is it possible to visit your factory?

    Deeda is located in Nantong, Jiangsu province, near Shanghai. It is a famous textile city. About 3 hours by car from Shanghai to our factory. It is very convenient to visit us, and all clients from all over the world are warmly welcome. We take customers as our family.

  • What is the MOQ for your production?

    The MOQ depends on your requirements for color, size, material, and so on. Normally speaking, if you choose our regular fabric, MOQ is 50pcs only. While the more quantity, the better price.

  • What is your payment method?

    FOB term:  30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery CNF term:  30% deposit, 70% balance against BL copy.
